The Research And Design Of Centralized Control System Of Rolled Wrap Assembly Line

In the traditional cigarette factory,there are problems such as the poor automatic correlation of manufacturing processing equipment s,the difficulty to improve the linkage among the equipments,the dispersion of the equipments,and the difficulty of the production management model to satisfy the flexible production of va rieties and small batches.As an important part of cigarette production,the efficiency of the cigarette-packing production process is inseparable from the whole integrated management of cigarette enterprises.In order to better meet the demands of cigarette manufacturing technology,upper management and production control,this thesis combines the management status of Shifang Cigarette Factory,make the design which aims at the construction and planning of the centralized control system for the cigarette-packing production line,and the main research objects are the real-time monitoring of the cigarette production,the management of the production process and the data collection.Starting from the bottom control system of the cigarette factory,a number of existing systems in the cigarette-packing production process have been deliberately reconstructed and integrated,and a unified information interaction interface,a unified network,and unified monitoring and management have been realized.It completely changes the model of the cigarette-packing production system which is based on the data acquisition and workshop management in the past,and have fundamentally realized the organic integration of the cigarette-packing production system from the bottom electrical control to the upper management.By using the concept of system integration,a good switching is established between the subsystems of the traditional cigarette-packing production.The production engineering of the cigarette-packing is centrally controlled and managed,and it is changed from the discrete to the continuity.The logic in the production line is strengthened at the same time.This research fully and completely realized the "transparency" of the cigarette-packing production control.It provides a basic software and hardware platform for the complex and fully flexible cigarette-packing production and operation,and solves the problem of "many to many" classic control and monitoring in the field of cigarette-packing production.The integrated control system set up in this thesis provides an effective guarantee for the safe operation and centralized control of the cigarette manufacturing process,and also provides a powerful theoretical support for the data collection of the MES system.
