With the new trend of the development of market economy,combined with the national development and Reform Commission recently proposed the "supply side" reform plan,promote the construction of information factory,factory of Shi Fang cigarette will use the latest technology and equipment for technologica l transformation of the thread?The centralized monitoring system of the silk thread will mainly bear the functions of supervisory control and date acquisition(SCADA).This paper is aimed at the centralized monitoring system of the Shi Fang cigarette factory.All aspects of the research and analysis are carried out.The main results are as follows:Firstly,from the development of centralized monitoring system,combined with the characteristics of tobacco industry,the requirements and overall design and principles of cigarette factory for the system are put forward.Then the Ether Net/IP technology of Rockwell company is analyzed,and the whole network layout of the whole system "one net to the end" is realized and the hardware configuration of the system is selected.Then the production process and operation function of the whole tobacco thread system are described in detail.According to the process index,the content of data collection and the way of data preservation are determined,thus the method of data acquisition is put forward.Finally,from the operation monitoring and composition of the picture,the centralized monitoring of production task management,equipment status and production process is realized.
