Non-woven fabrics do not need to be formed by warp and weft woven cloth products,also known as non-woven fabrics,textile industry is the "sunrise industry." Acupuncture non-woven fabric is a kind of dry non-woven fabric,which uses a needle or needle with a special design shape to bind the short fibers or filaments in the fluffy fiber network through entanglement and cohesion to form a fiber mesh cloth product.An important mechanical reinforcement method.This subject comes from the open project of key scientific research projects in Henan province's colleges and universities and the key laboratory of modern manufacturing equipment and instruments of universities in Henan Province.It is aimed at the market lack of small needles suitable for textile trials of new material fiber prototypes and teaching and research.The status quo of the stabbing machine,based on the combination of the key technology research of domestic and international acupuncture machines and the practical experience of the enterprise,developed a small teaching acupuncture machine and put forward the overall design scheme: the whole size of 580×420×670,Width 30 cm,acupuncture frequency 0-300 thorns / min,acupuncture stroke 50mm;machine consists of feeding mechanism,acupuncture mechanism,drafting mechanism and auxiliary institutions such as racks and other four major institutional modules,and used Solidworks and AutoCAD software completed the three-dimensional model design of the complete machine and 2D machine assembly drawings as well as the design of key component engineering drawings.From the mechanical point of view,through the simplification of the model of the mini-needle acupuncture machine for the mini-teaching,the complex engineering practical problems are simplified into the movement of the mechanism.Through the analysis of the simplified model of the acupuncture mechanism,the movement is analyzed using theMATLAB algorithm to obtain the needle.The graphs of the displacement,velocity,and acceleration of the relevant components of the stabbing machine over time,as well as the stress profiles of the relevant components,provide support for the subsequent design and verification of the relevant components.Based on the analysis and study of the key technologies of needle machines at home and abroad,the theory of needles for needle machines has been studied in depth.A general mathematical model of the needles of needles for needles has been established,and the problem of pinning needles has been transformed into for the arrangement of elements in the matrix,a theoretical idea for the needle-needle plate needles is proposed,which provides a theoretical reference for the subsequent design and development of the needles.Finished the selection of the main motor and the design and verification of the spindle for this small-scale teaching acupuncture machine;Applied the ANSYS Workbench software to carry out the static analysis and calculation of the frame and guide sleeve of the small teaching needle machine and other components.Deformation displacement cloud maps and stress cloud diagrams of components such as racks and guide sleeves verify the feasibility of the design scheme.The development of a physical prototype for a small-scale teaching acupuncture machine completes the assembly process design,that is,the testing of key component s.The complete machine includes assembly of five modules such as frame assembly,s pindle and connecting rod assembly,needle beam and needle plate assembly,tray stri pping plate assembly and other auxiliary components,and application of imaging instr ument and Taylor cylinometer to key components.The test was carried out and the a ssembly of a physical prototype for a small-scale teaching acupuncture machine was s uccessfully completed.
