Sweet cherry is savory,nutritious,soft flesh,thin skin,juicy,vulnerable to damage,impatience storage and transportation,post-harvest fungal disease,resulting in spoilage,loss of nutritional value and commodity value,Affects sweet cherry sales and processing and industrial efficiency.In this study,sweet cherry Tieton and Lapins were used as experimental materials to study the effects of MAP(Modified atmosphere packing)combined with bactericides and preservatives on the antiseptic effect under refrigerated conditions.The main research contents and results are as follows:1.Effect of MAP on the rotten rate of sweet cherry tieton and lapins: control and MAP film bags were dressed with tieton and lapins cherry fruits.Tieton cherry is packed in two kinds of MAP microporous membrane bags(MAP1 permeability is higher than MAP2),Lapins cherries were only packaged in MAP2 bags,stored for 30 days,The results show is that MAP can significantly reduce the rot content of the cherries and effectively maintain the pedicel green,and MAP2 gas indicator is better than MAP1.2.Controlling the effect of ethylene on the preservation of sweet cherry: Using the ethylene inhibitor 1-MCP and the ethylene sorbent It’s Fresh in combination with MAP for the treatment of sweet cherries tieton and lapins,stored for 30 days,The results show is that treatment with MAP1+1-MCP,an ethylene inhibitor,and ethylene sorbent could reduce the rot content of the cherries.The effects of MAP2+ ethylene inhibitor 1-MCP and ethylene sorbent treatment were not significant.3.Anti-corrosion effect of the fungicides fludioxonil and natamycin on sweet cherry:Uses 200 ppm malononitrile and 0.5% natamycin for sweet cherries tieton and lapins for 20 s,stored for 30 days,The results show is that the fungicide fludioxonil and natamycin treatment can effectively control the rot of the cherry.4.Effects of different treatments on the appearance quality and shelf-life decay rate of sweet cherry: with MAP treatment,ethylene control treatment and fungicide treatment of tieton,stored for 30 days,investigation of depression rate,drop rate and handle 25℃shelf decay rate,The results show is that the tieton depression rate in 30-40%,off the handle rate in5%~15%,all of the above treatments did not significantly reduce the depression rate and drop rate of cherry fruit surface;ethylene inhibitors and ethylene adsorbents had the tendency to reduce the shedding of the cherry cherries,the effect was not obvious;the cherry rots quickly during the shelf-life at room temperature.
