The ultrasonic vibration assisted arc machining technology belongs to an innovative special processing technology that can deal with technical fields that cannot be involved in ordinary machining and improve the accuracy and efficiency of traditional arc machining.Composite machining technology has obvious advantages when machining ultra-hard and highly viscous metal materials.The quality of the ultrasonic vibration assisted arc processing power supply has an important influence on the precision and processing efficiency of the ultrasonic vibration assisted arc processing.The purpose of this paper is to design a composite power supply for ultrasonic vibration assisted arc machining machines that meets the needs of special machining.The article reviews the history of the development and development of ultrasonic vibration-assisted arc machining,describes the development status of pulse power and ultrasonic power at home and abroad,and compares the advantages of ultrasonic vibration-assisted arc machining with ordinary arc machining.Principles and processes of arc machining discharge,principle of ultrasonic generation,and discharge conditions of ultrasonic vibration assisted arc processing combined power supply,filter circuit,drive circuit,control circuit,monitoring feedback circuit and other important technologies are studied,and these important technologies are proposed.Programs and research results are analyzed.It provides a theoretical basis and design standard for the design of composite power supply for ultrasonic vibration assisted arc machining.In this paper,starting from the principle of ultrasonic vibration assisted arc machining,the structure of the pulsed power supply and the structure of the ultrasonic generation are analyzed,and the control core and the rectifying part that can be shared by both can be combined to use a modular method to drive the rectifying and filtering circuit and the ultrasonic power supply respectively.Circuits,pulsed power supply drive circuits,control circuits and other key modules are designed.In order to meet the requirements of pulsed power supply and ultrasonic generator pair for ultrasonic vibration assisted arc machining,a composite power supply was designed.The power supply was composed of a controlled RC pulse power supply module and an H-bridge ultrasonic power supply module.The two power supplies use a common 32-bit high-speed control chip and share the filter circuit.The composite power supply has a serial port communication function that allows the host to adjust power supply processing parameters.In addition,the composite power supply detects the discharge state through the voltage monitoring method,adjusts the monitoring signal,and passes it as a basis for PWM wave control to the control system.Ultrasonic vibration auxiliary arc processing composite power source has the advantages of compounding and modularization.The MCU control software for ultrasonic vibration assisted arc machining combined power supply is developed on the Real View MDK platform.This article focuses on the communication protocol and protocol analysis process between the host and the MCU.
