At present,China's petrochemical industry gradually to coastal,along the Yangtze River area development,far away from the population of unmanned islands is to establish largescale petrochemical projects of high-quality choice.The establishment of petrochemical projects in less populated islands not only has great advantages of expanding space,but also the obvious advantages of regional advantage,the island area has rich shoreline and waterway resources,can use large raw materials and product terminals,can realize the comprehensive utilization of material and energy in petrochemical industry.Because the island is far from the inland,the transportation is inconvenient,therefore will use the island own ore resources,for the petrochemical base land formation and the dike project supplies the stone,simultaneously also provides the construction land for the petrochemical base.Therefore,engineering blasting is needed to complete the mining in the island.When blasting is carried out,it is necessary to ensure the safety of blasting operation site and surrounding personnel and equipment,so it is necessary to monitor the blasting area,so it is of great significance to design engineering blasting safety monitoring system to guarantee mine safe blasting exploitation and realize the intelligent monitoring of blasting operation.Based on the analysis and summary of the research status of the engineering blasting safety monitoring system at home and abroad and the blasting safety of the island project,this paper makes use of LabVIEW software to make a virtual engineering blasting safety monitoring system with the advanced sensor technology,communication technology and virtual instrument technology.The system mainly realizes the detection of environmental influence factors in blasting area,the control of harmful effects and the real-time monitoring of the area personnel in engineering blasting.Firstly,in the analysis of the complexity and harmful effect of the sea-island project blasting,based on the information of human,machine,loop and pipe safety,the paper concludes 5 first level safety impact factors and 48 second level safety impact factors.,and analyzes the influencing factors by structural interpretation model,and divides the influencing factors by class.Find the objects that the security monitoring system needs to monitor.Secondly,based on the advanced technology of sensor technology,communication technology and electronic information technology,the safety monitoring system of engineering blasting production is designed.This paper mainly designs the software of monitoring system,which includes three subsystems,such as environmental monitoring,harmful effect monitoring and personnel position monitoring.Through the research of the programming software,the design of the software part of the monitoring system is chosen by the simple and full-featured LabVIEW Virtual program development language.The software can be combined with the advanced technology of sensor,transmission and virtual instrument to make the project blasting safety monitoring system function more complete.In the case of conditions,can be combined with equipment manufacturers,hardware development.
