The unique properties of superhydrophobic surface have wide application prospects in the fields of self-cleaning,anti-corrosion and drag reduction,which have always been an important subject in the research of researchers.In the study of superhydrophobic performance,therearetwomainfactorsaffectingthesurfacehydrophobic performance:the chemical properties of the surface materials and the microstructure of the surface.Based on this,the researchers prepared a variety of bionic superhydrophobic coatings,but most of the super hydrophobic coating are applied on the actual very hard,that there are two main reasons:one is the preparation of super hydrophobic coating costhigh,thecraftiscomplex;Thesecondisthatmost superhydrophobiccoatingsonlypayattentiontotheir superhydrophobicity and ignore the other properties necessary for engineering applications.So,in this paper through a simple process to achieve the super hydrophobic coating preparation,in the pursuit of coating has a super hydrophobic performance at the same time,the heat resistance of the coating,corrosion resistance and self-cleaning performance was studied,and also for the realization of the ultra thin on the surface of the water meter industrial application foundation.This paper using the KH550 modification of epoxy resin,easy to hydrolysis of the modified epoxy resin was prepared,when epoxy resin and KH550 quality ratio of 1:2,modified epoxy groups of epoxy resin absorption peak disappeared,and strong Si-OC2H5 absorption peak appear,is shown that the epoxy resin modified by KH550 reaction was completely;Using modified epoxy resin as the precursor,epoxy resin particles were prepared by hydrolysis and condensation to obtain the raw materials for the preparation of superhydrophobic coating.The effect of ammonia,solvent and reaction temperature on the particle size of epoxy resin was studied in detail.Results show that the increase of reaction temperature,an increase in the amount of solvent on epoxy resin particle size,and less dosage of ammonia on particle size,crystal nucleus dosage too much will lead to system congregated,is conducive to the increase of particle size.The film was prepared with epoxy resin particles,and the properties of the coating were characterized by SEM,contact Angle measuring instrument?CA?and other instruments.Research has shown that the epoxy resin rules of globular particles in the coating surface,make the coating micro/nano structure of rough,but poor coating hydrophobicity,contact Angle is 96°,only this is due to the epoxy resin particles have caused a large number of hydrophilic group.In order to achieve the biomimetic preparation of ultra thin on the surface of the water meter,we use a smaller particle size of epoxy resin nanoparticles as raw material,can for low hydrogen silicone surface modifier,by sol-gel method by modifying epoxy resin particle surface,the preparation of the hydrophobic sol material,coating ways in the preparation of coating on the glass slide.Studies the process conditions on the properties of coating hydrophobic effect,when the dosage of hydrogen silicone oil?PMHS?to 1 ml,dosage of ammonia is 8 ml,modification time is 6 h,coating hydrophobic performance is best,contact Angle is 156°,rolling Angle of 5°,has reached the requirement of super hydrophobic properties.The superhydrophobic coating was characterized by infrared spectrometer?FTIR?,SEM and contact Angle tester?CA?.The scanning electron microscope?SEM?observed that the coated surface was composed of nano-sized hemispherical particles,which was one of the necessary conditions for superhydrophobic performance.Heat resistance of coating,self-cleaning,corrosion resistance and other properties were tested,the result shows:the coating after 500?high temperature treatment 2 h,its contact Angle can still reach 131°,showing the film good thermal stability;Dip coating in hydrochloric acid solution p H value is 1,40 min contact Angle values from 156°to 147°,soaking in the sodium hydroxide solution p H value of 14,80 min after the contact Angle value from 156°to 145°,soaked in concentration is 2 mol/L sodium chloride solution,after 8 h contact Angle value by 156°to 153°,show that coating in corrosiveenvironmentcankeepgoodhydrophobicproperty;Self-cleaning performance experiment,through the rolling water droplets,impurity can be taken away,quickly on the surface of the coating showed similar to the self-cleaning effect of lotus leaf surface,the film repeatedly soaked in the solution to the blue ink,coating surface has not been contaminated phenomenon,show that coating has excellent antifouling performance.Finally,through the Wenzel and Cassieltwomodelstheoreticallyanalysestheinfluenceof microstructure on the hydrophobic coating performance,found that calculatedusingtheexperimentaldata,thedropletswiththe experiments,the preparation of super hydrophobic coating contact with each other,is Cassie state exists in the surface,the surface of the water droplets and the contact area is 10.04%,and air contact area fraction of 89.96%.
