Flux is needed in the welding process of electronic components,and flux is an important part of solder.After welding,the residual flux on the substrate will adversely affect the performance of the electronic components,so it is necessary to clean these substances in the subsequent process.The use of anhydrous ethanol to dissolve,neutralize or dilute the residual flux and dirt can achieve the purpose of cleaning,and can also prevent the welding flux after carbonization to affect the normal operation of the circuit.Anhydrous ethanol is cheap and volatile,and it is not easy to form two pollution.However,the flash point of anhydrous alcohol is relatively low,and it is easy to explode.In this paper,anhydrous ethanol is used as the main cleaning substance,and triethanolamine,trichloroethylene,ethylene carbonate,three ethyl phosphate and water are mixed with them,and the mixed experiments are carried out to test the concentration of different substances and the test of flash point,volatility and solubility.The good cleaning ability is obtained through analysis and study.It also improves the flash point and improves the safety of the new formula cleaning solution.It is found that the addition of trichloroethylene,three ethyl phosphate and water in the anhydrous ethanol is the best to improve the flash point of the mixed solution.Trichloroethylene and three ethyl phosphate have significant effect on improving the solubility of anhydrous ethanol mixed solution,but water can inhibit this ability;the volatilization of the mixed solution of three chloroethylene and anhydrous ethanol is volatile.The rate is proportional to the rate.After studying the basic experimental rules,this paper will improve the flash point of the mixed solution of anhydrous ethanol as the target,and set up a target mathematical model for the partial least square regression,using the price,toxicity,the rate of volatilization and the dissolving ability of the flux residue as the constraint conditions,and use the experimental data of the mixed solution of two and three yuan.The coefficients of the model were obtained by the analytic hierarchy process and the undetermined coefficient method,and the final model was obtained,and the optimal ratio of the mixed ethanol solution(the proportion of ethanol and three ethyl phosphate was 0.362:0.638)was obtained by the model.The optimum formula was obtained after the experiment was used to verify and adjust the theoretical value,that is,the best comprehensive performance of the mixture of anhydrous ethanol and three ethyl phosphate was 4:6.The flash point of the formula is 29.5 degrees,the ability to dissolve the flux residue is 1.831g/mol,and the evaporation rate is 0.080mol/cm~2.D.Finally,the known solvent coefficient of solvent and the coefficient of volatilization rate are substituted into the mathematical model to calculate the solubility and volatilization rate of the residue of the four element mixed solution,and the results are compared with the experimental values,and the error is smaller and the model has a certain generalization.
