Vanadium is an important strategic resource and widely used in various fields.Extracting V2O5 from stone coal is an important way to obtain vanadium.The disk pelletizing machine and distributing machine are important equipments in the process stage of the pellet.Because the stability of the pelletizing machine will directly affect the quality and production of the pellet,the uniformity of distributing pellet is of great significance in the subsequent roasting process.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze dynamic performance and optimize structure improvement of the pelletizing machine and the distributing machine in order to ensure the smooth process of ball making.In this paper,the pelleting machine and distributing machine for the pelletizing process of extracting vanadium from stone coal were studied with the details as follows:?1?The stress and static stiffness of the cantilever rotor system are obtained by static analysis.The results show that:At present,the strength and static stiffness of the rotor system model can meet the performance requirements under the corresponding load conditions,which means the structure of the subsystem can be optimized and lightweight designed under the premise of satisfying the performance requirement.?2?After the dynamic analysis of the rotating subsystem,it is found that the fourth order natural frequency is close to the meshing frequency of the gear,and the dynamic stiffness in the X direction is poor which indicates that the structure design of rotor system needs to be improved.By changing the natural frequency of the rotor system structure,the low order natural frequency deviates from the meshing frequency of the gear to prevent resonance;And the disk body is determined as the optimal target.?3?With the sensitivity analysis to find the appropriate parameter design variables of the disc body,the five optimization results were obtained by using DOE in ANSYS Workbench.Based on entropy weight fuzzy matter-element method,the optimal design scheme is obtained.The optimization results show that the dynamic performance of rotor system can be improved by reducing the mass of the disc and ensuring the strength and static stiffness of the rotor system.The validity of the optimization scheme is evaluated by the reliability analysis before and after optimization.?4?According to the distributing effect of the current distributing machine,the problem of uneven distribution is put forward.The new structure of uniformly distributing is designed,and the static and dynamic analysis of the new distributing structure is carried out with the results showing that the U-shaped plate is the weak part of the whole machine and needs to be optimized.Based on the shape optimization of the particle swarm optimization algorithm,the performance of the distributing machine is compared and analyzed,which indicates that:Although the quality of the U-shaped connection plate improves a little,the stiffness and strength of the distributing machine structure are significantly improved;its dynamic performance has been improved at the same time.
