Sawing as the starting point of metal cutting,has the advantages of saving materials,reducing secondary processing and improving production efficiency,and has become an important part of the parts processing process.Compared with similar foreign products,domestic circular sawing machine has the problems of sawing accuracy and low cutting quality.Based on a company's SD-70-r metal circular saw machine as the research object,in order to improve the circular sawing machine cutting accuracy and machining quality for the purpose,through dynamic and static analysis theory to the analysis of the circular sawing machine,and carries on the structure optimization of metal circular saw machine,experiments show that the optimized product model to realize the lightweight design and improve the dynamic mechanical properties.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:1)The parametric finite element model of circular sawing machine gear box is established.By introducing the mass point,the static characteristic and the prestressed modal analysis are carried out,and the first ten order natural frequency and other dynamic performance parameters of the gearbox are obtained.2)The calculation and analysis of the sawing force in the sawing process are carried out,and the correctness of the calculation results is verified by the finite element simulation of the sawing process.Taking the sawing force as the load condition,the structural topology optimization and analysis of the gearbox were carried out,and according to the results of the analysis,the lightweight improvement scheme was put forward,and the sensitivity analysis and response surface analysis were carried out on the structural parameters of the optimized gearbox,so as to realize the multi-objective optimization of the gearbox.3)Use LMS structure before and after the vibration test and analysis system for optimizing sawing machine for cutting experiment,collecting the sawing machine some key points of acceleration response signal and vibration signal analysis and processing,based on the key points of acceleration signal,using PolyMAX method before and after the optimization of gear box for the operating modal analysis,verifies the correctness of the calculating modal analysis results,the analysis shows that the optimized gearbox natural frequency,effective to avoid the resonance frequency range.4)Use of machine tool bed,saw blade cover,gear box key before and after the structure optimization of circular sawing machine,such as,respectively,the diameter of 70 mm of 40 cr round hacksaw cutting experiment,the contrast analysis of the typical working conditions is the key point of the acceleration response signal,the analysis results show that the optimized circular sawing machine all the key points of vibration amplitude declined,sawing stability significantly increased,the service life of the saw blade increase 30%,shows that the improved circular sawing machine dynamic performance is improved obviously and improve the results of the study for relevant dynamic characteristics of cutting equipment optimization design has important reference value and guiding significance.
