The transport process of natural gas pipeline,due to the topography,temperature,pressure and so on,making a large number of stranded fluid in pipeline.In order to reduce the fluid in the pipeline,also does not affect the production.In this paper,design of the anti liquid flow vortex device of the ground gas transmission pipeline and the gas-liquid two-phase vortex device in pipe flow field with numerical simulation analysis on the principle of application of spiral flow and optimization design the vortex device.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Through the review of the literature and analysis researched the theory and application of spiral flow,the establishment of ground gas pipeline anti effusion vortex device of spiral flow equation,and the helical attenuation flow pressure drop theory analysis;(2)The working mechanism of the vortex device in the gas pipeline is analyzed,the structure of the eddy current device and the installation method of the vortex device are designed;(3)Through the ANSYS Workbench software establish vortex device model and mesh division,the FLUENT software of eddy current load device transmission gas pipeline fluid flow field numerical simulation is carried out,analysis of the liquid phase volume fraction distribution,pressure distribution and the axial velocity distribution rules and laws of swirl flow etc;(4)Using orthogonal test method.By referring to the standard tab with the orthogonal experiment developed eddy current device structure size factors orthogonal table,the numerical simulation of fluid field in the pipeline is carried out by FLUENT software,get the optimum structure size of the eddy current device combination;(5)The optimal structure size of votex device is optimized in the gas pipeline and getting the numerical simulation of the flow field of the fluid,based on fluent simulation results,the change law of the velocity,pressure and liquid volume fraction of liquid are analyzed.
