With the structural adjustment of agroforestry industry,forest and fruit industry has become the pillar industry of increasing farmers' income in many areas of economic development.The picking of forest fruit is the most time-consuming and laborious link in the production chain.The domestic forest and fruit picking mainly depends on manual work,and the picking cost accounts for about 35%-45% of the cost.Because of the high growth area of the forest fruit and the hard appearance of the fruit,the artificial picking is very dangerous.Therefore,the realization of mechanized picking of forest and fruit is important to solve the shortage of labor force,high production cost,reduce the risk of picking,increase the market competitiveness of forest and fruit,and increase farmers' income.Meaning.This paper takes walnut as the research object,carries on the vibration type walnut picking machine design,proposed a tree trunk vibration type walnut picking machine.The simulation results show that the vibration walnut picking machine designed in this paper has good picking performance.The contents of the study are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes and summarizes the existing methods of tree mechanics modeling,establishes a suitable dynamic model diagram of walnut tree body vibration system,and establishes a differential equation of vibration balance of walnut tree body vibration system based on the model diagram.The vibration characteristics of walnut tree body vibration system and the main factors affecting walnut fruit shedding during vibration picking are analyzed.(2)Based on the analysis and summary of the existing methods of tree mechanics modeling,the dynamic model diagram of walnut tree body vibration system is established,and the differential equation of vibration balance of walnut tree body vibration system is established.The vibration characteristics of walnut tree body vibration system are analyzed theoretically,and the main factors affecting walnut fruit shedding during vibration picking process are studied.(3)The planting environment and characteristics of walnut orchard were determined,the main structure and characteristics of walnut tree were analyzed,and the distribution area of walnut fruit was determined.The main geometric dimensions of walnut fruit such as trunk diameter,minimum branch height,length and diameter of secondary and tertiary branches were measured.(4)According to the main tree structure and geometric size of walnut tree,combined with the physical performance parameters of the picking object,the three-dimensional solid model of walnut tree body and walnut fruit was established,and its modal analysis and harmonious response analysis were carried out.According to the analysis results,the optimum clamping position,exciting frequency and exciting load were determined,which provided the basis for the structure design of vibrating walnut picking machine and the setting of main technical parameters.(5)According to the environmental characteristics of walnut planting land,combined with the vibration mechanical characteristics of walnut tree body vibration system and walnut tree vibration characteristics,the picking mode,driving mode and clamping mode of the picking machine are reasonably selected,the main technical parameters of the picking machine are determined,and the overall design scheme of the vibrating walnut picking machine is completed.The strength analysis of the main bearing parts of the exciting device,lifting device and clamping device of the picking machine is carried out,and the structure of the related parts is optimized according to the results of the strength analysis,which reduces the weight of the whole machine,reduces the production cost and increases the market competitiveness of the picking machine.By using the multi-body dynamics analysis software ADAMS the picking effect of the picking machine is verified.The results show that the picking machine designed in this study has good stability,can meet the requirements of the expected batch picking,and the picking effect is good.
