The working condition of the shearer is relatively bad,and the cutting gangue will become the normal state.In addition,the fast traction speed will inevitably cause a large vibration shock.Excessive violent vibration will cause the electrical components in the electrical control box to fail,fall off,and break the line,etc.,causing damage to the electrical control device or even large-scale burnout,causing greater electrical system failure.Therefore,controlling and reducing the failure of the electronic control device due to vibration shock is of great significance for improving the stability and reliability of the whole machine.This paper takes the main controller,traction inverter and power supply components of the core electronic control device inside the coal mining electrical control box as the research object,selects reasonable anti-vibration measures according to the structural characteristics of each electrical component,and verifies it through simulation analysis and vibration test Anti-vibration performance of each electronic control device.First,use Solid Edge software to build three-dimensional models of each component,and based on Ansys Workbench software to modal analysis of the electronic control box and each component to obtain the natural vibration characteristics of each electronic control device;second,for the structural characteristics and inherent characteristics of the electronic control device Vibration characteristics,based on vibration control theory such as vibration isolation and vibration reduction,put forward reasonable anti-vibration measures,and simulate the theoretical effect of anti-vibration measures through harmonic response analysis method;Finally,the electronic control device after the anti-vibration measures are verified by vibration test To verify the anti-vibration performance of the electronic control device.According to the anti-vibration requirements of different electronic control devices of the shearer,this paper selects different anti-vibration measures to effectively improve the anti-vibration performance of the electronic control device:(1)The main controller components have poor anti-high frequency capabilities and require stability High,through measures such as wire rope shock absorbers,strengthening the support rigidity of the substrate,and the use of latex to seal the solder joints,it can reduce the vibration shock by 90% and greatly improve the anti-vibration performance of the main controller.(2)The structure of the traction inverter is complex,and it is difficult to isolate its entire vibration.By adding latex support to the slender electronic components under the control board,the bending deformation can be reduced by about 10%;the appropriate aspect ratio,Taking measures such as anti-loosening device and adding normal support at the connection position can improve the rigidity of the structure and make the vibration peak value drop significantly in the resonance area.(3)The power assembly after installing the rubber shock absorber can reduce the vibration impact by about 80%,and the torsional bending deformation of the upper installation foundation after the reinforcement support is reduced,and the overall stability is improved.
