As a device for improving drilling efficiency,hydraulic impactor is always used as an auxiliary drill in oil drilling.This paper has discussed the current development and the present situation at home and abroad of hydraulic hammer and its method of performance detection,according to the actual demand,a set of research and use value liquid impactor test bed is proposed,which can provide test data support for the performance analysis and optimization of various types of hydraulic impactor.Experimental program of hydraulic hammer testing has been designed and completed,which can detect eight kinds of main performance include input pressure,back-pressure of the outlet,the pressure of upper and lower chamber,impact power,impulse force and impacting frequency.First,on the basis of fire-suction Hydraulic impactor to design and build the power plant for the functioning of hydraulic impactor,which consistent of three mud pump parallel combination for the achievement of driving various types of hydraulic impactor.Secondly,we designed and built the fixed platform for hydraulic hammer and analyze the strength of the key parts of it.Furthermore,according to the characteristics of the measured signals,the matching sensor is selected and the relationship between the impact force and the impact energy is analyzed and the calibration of the corresponding numerical relationship is realized.Finally,the author uses the MFC module which is C++-based that in Visual Studio software to realize the program design of data acquisition system,and the operational capability of this test system is tested through two different types of hydraulic impactor.The application of the testing bed to the hydraulic hammer will provide great experimental data for the research of structure and performance.
