The increasingly busy work has promoted the development of the farmhouse career,but it has brought many problems with its development,such as insufficient sewage treatment facilities and inadequate emission supervision.Popular farmhouse not only brings in economic growth,but also inevitably caused many environmental problems at the same time:sewage treatment plant is always far away from the farmhouse area,so it is quite difficult to transport the sewage from farmhouse to the sewage treatment plant through city sewage pipe network.At present,most of the farmhouse that has been built sewage treatment facilities generally refers to the treatment of rural domestic sewage,the sewage is discharged through septic tanks,and the tail water is put into the nearby hills and water bodies.But there are still many farmhouse sewage discharged directly,causing serious pollution to the nearby rivers and lakes.Farmhouse domestic sewage contains complex components and high organic matter content.At the same time,The quality of water always changes with time and the limited space occupied by the land occupation limited the space for sewage treatment.All these have brought limitations to the treatment of farmhouse sewage.This study in-depth understanding of the quality and quantity of farmhouse sewage,treated the decentralized wastewater treatment as the guiding ideology,combined with the actual environment,developed concentric biological fluidized bed reactor independently.We take the removal efficiency of farmhouse sewage in CODcr,NH3-N,TP and other indicators as the standard,and carried on a series of study include:filler selection for anoxic and aerobic zone,the ratio of filler,cycle of operation,aerobic aeration rate,and various factors to find out the best operation parameters of the reactor through many experiments research.The conclusions of the study are as follows:?1?According to the characteristics of farmhouse sewage,we design an integrated reactor,which is made of plexiglass.The total volume of the reactor is 50.92L.The volume ratio of the inner,middle and outer compartments is about 2:1:4,and the volumes are 15.26L,7.93L and 27.73L,respectively.After adding filler and aeration device,the effective volume of the reactor is 34L.The device is divided into anoxic zone and aerobic zone?fluidized bed?respectively from outside to inside.The outermost layer starts to flow upward and flows through the whole reactor in a baffled way,and finally flows out from the top of the fluidized bed.?2?In the selection experiment of the selection of stereoscopic elastic filler,combined double ring packing and modified fiber ball filler as the research object of anoxic zone filler,polyurethane sponge filler and polypropylene suspension biofilm as the research object of aerobic zone filler,we choose the modified fiber ball as the filler of anoxic zone and the polypropylene suspension biofilm as the filler of aerobic zone in the final through the analysis of farmhouse sewage treatment process of the removal effection of the index of CODcr and NH3-N.?3?In the single factor experiment,the sewage is treated by the oil separation tank first,and the plant and animal oil in the sewage can be removed efficiently to improve the biodegradability of the sewage.According to the results of the study:the packing ratio varies greatly on sewage treatment effect,especially the anoxic zone filler has great influence on phosphorus removal;when the aeration rate was 140 L/h,NH3-N and TP had the best removal effect,can reach 88.76%and 67.91%respectively,and the removal effect of CODcr is not the highest,but also up to 89.24%;the reactor can be maintained at a high level for the removal of various sewage indicators in the operation cycle is 6h8h,.?4?Through orthogonal test,the best process conditions of the reactor were achieved in the condition of 8h of operation cycle,55%filling ratio in the anoxic zone,55%filling ratio in aerobic area and 180 L/h of aeration volume by the analysis of the visual analysis table.The average removal rate of CODcr,NH3-N and TP in this condition can reach 92.74%,94.35%and 71.29%,respectively.
