| Due to organic base reducing the corrosion and scaling of pipelines in the transportation of Heavy oil emulsification, the effect of organic base-surfactant systeem on the Heavy oil emulsification was studied in this paper,in order to provide theoretical basis and technical guidance in practice. In this study, the water separation rate and viscosity reduction rate were the main index.First of all,the efficient and inexpensive surfactant was preferably selected in the 13 different types of non-ionic / anionic / zwitterionic surfactant by using bottle testing,BROOKFIELD DV-Π+Pro viscometer, etc.Secondly, the synergistic effect between different organic bases(EDA,TEOA,TIPA)and preferred surfactant were comparatively analyzed,so that a preferred system of the organic base-surfactant was selected and the anti-hard water capacity of preferred system was tested.Thirdly, the optimal emulsification condition was selected by systematically evaluating the effects of various factors on the stability and rheological properties of the heavy oil-in-water emulsion, then the stability of heavy oil-in-water emulsion under the optimal emulsification condition was tested. Finally, the dynamic stability of the heavy oil-in-water emulsion at room temperature was analyzed under the five emulsification schemes and the economic evaluation of the Heavy oil organic base-surfactant emulsification transport was carried out.The results are as follows :(1)The preferred compound system was formulated by a 0.75% mass concentration of OP-10 and a 0.25% concentration of TEOA,they can form a stable emulsion with a low viscosity and a good anti-hard water capacity;(2)The best emulsification condition was: emulsification temperature is 25°C,oil/water quality ratio is 7:3 and stirring speed is 1000r/min;(3)the heavy oil-in-water emulsions prepared with 14000 mg/L mineralized water under the optimal emulsification condition had a better dynamic stability.(4)The transportation of heavy oil emulsified by surfactant-organic base was economically feasible. |
