It’s necessary to design various permeability test systems of broken rock,in order to accomplish the National 973 plan project of “The western coal mining under the high strength basic research geological disaster prevention and environmental protection”.The pressure regulation of the permeability test systems of broken rock,which use water as the penetrating agent,is the important link that influence the test data credibility.A kind of water hydraulic relief valve,which is based on the analysis of the viscosity characteristics of the water and use the structure of oil hydraulic valve for reference,is not only devised but also verified its rationality by flow field analysis、static and dynamic test and local resistance characteristic test in this paper,some research results has been received as follows:(1)Some possible phenomenon on account of using water as driving medium,such as corrosion、cavitation、noise、wire drawing erosion and so on,is analyzed so as to put forward performance index of water hydraulic relief valve reasonably.The inlet diameter of Relief Valve、the pore size of pilot valve main valve seat and main valve seat、the diameter of main valve core、the fit length between valve sleeve and main valve core、the length and diameter of main valve damping hole、the distance between main valve core and end cover、the half cone angle of pilot valve core、the diameter of pilot valve damp are confirmed by reverse engineering design method,the material of main valve core、main valve seat and some other component are chose reasonably,and valve specimen is fabricated that meet the demand of broken rock permeability test.(2)The water hydraulic relief valve colligation test system is designed,which can not only conduct static and dynamic property test,but also conduct local resistance test.(3)We comprehensively use the Solid Works 、 GAMBIT and Fluent to do simulation calculation of main valve tract flow field,and analyze the characteristic of pressure distribution chart、velocity vector distribution chart、streamline diagram、turbulent kinetic energy cloudchart with different valve opening and inlet pressure,and verify the device reasonability of the water hydraulic relief valve.(4)The static performance of relief valve is analyzed by pressure range test 、pressure stability test 、 pressure-flow characteristic test and open and shut characteristic test.(5)The dynamic performance of relief valve is analyzed by pressure response characteristic test and unloading characteristic test(6)the relation between pressure loss and flow of the relief valve is built by local resistance experiment.This research achievement can provide pressure regulation method for coal mining college and scientific research institution that intend to develop different kinds of rock seepage tests.
