| Downhole TV video logging technology is a technique for obtaining downhole visual image data.It has the advantages of accuracy,real-time,and simplification of the image,and has a wide range of application prospects.Its working principle is to obtain borehole image data through the downhole camera,after a series of video compression coding,transmission coding processing,real-time transmission from the cable to the ground,and finally display downhole video superimposed with character information in the ground control system.This technique is mainly applied to the inspection of the downhole construction effects in wells and oil and gas wells,the inspection of casing leaks in wells,and the salvage of auxiliary wells.The topics mainly include research on downhole video processing technology,real-time cable,distortion-free transmission of color high-definition video,and ground control system display and control functions.Firstly,the article introduces the overall structure and working principle of the network HD downhole TV,and briefly analyzes the optical imaging system,power supply system and sealed insulation system in the downhole instrument.Then deeply analyzed the network high-definition downhole TV video processing and transmission technology,and focused on the hardware and software design and video transmission methods of the H.264 video codec standard,image acquisition and processing system.Finally,the composition and function of the ground control system were studied.The function control interface and character library for the network high-definition downhole television were developed.The character superposition,video,capture of the video,depth of the downhole of the instrument,speed calculation and so on were completed.Through debugging,it shows that the downhole TV’s video display effect,transmission rate,and ground control functions are all expected.At the same time,it has the advantages of color,high-definition,and long transmission distance,so that downhole TVs at home and abroad can transmit color HD on armored logging cables.The image level reached a new height,reflecting the important application value. |
