Offshore oil drilling platform is the main equipment of offshore oil and gas exploration and development.Due to the complicated working environment of offshore,drilling platform requires real-time acquisition and analysis of a large number of meteorological,sea mark and working state data information,to ensure the efficiency and safety of work.With the development of information technology,the speed of data transmission has become a key factor restricting drilling platform,information processing speed.In order to improve the speed of data transmission,this paper designed a large capacity storage recorder special data transmission interface,a real-time data transmission to the drilling platform.Firstly,this paper analyzed the requirements of the offshore oil drilling platform data transmission rate.We designed the interface of the real-time storage recorder,using UDP and Xilinx Aurora as the communication protocol,to achieve Gigabit Ethernet and optical fiber high-speed serial data transmission link.Then,I selected PowerPC and Xilinx Virtex-7 to design the hardware system for data transmission interface,and complete the software design of optical fiber transmission with FPGA Verilog language.Finally,we complete the performance testing of special data transmission interface with debugging and storage recorder.The test results show that the Data Transfer Rate of 3 road network interface write rate not less than 500 Mbps,and 6 fibers 3.125 Gbps transmission rate not less than 1600 Mbps,the data interface of the total transmission rate not less than 900 MBPS.The data transmission interface of the large capacity memory recorder designed in this paper meets the design requirements and meets the real-time requirements of large data transmission on the drilling platform.
