The main company in Northwest Hubei industrial park is the chemical fibre factory,which mixed mainly production wastewater DMAC and small amount of domestic sewage then treatment in enterprise sewage plant.The wastewater drains into the sewer after reached "discharge standards of water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry"(GB4287-2012)and then centralized treatment in Industrial park sewage plant.Because the original design standard is low,the existing technology of the enterprise sewage plant cannot meet the corresponding standard completely,so it is necessary to improved technology of the existing process.According to the characteristics of the wastewater and combined with literature search,select Iron carbon inner electrolysis as the pretreatment to carry out experimental research,to improve the biodegradability of wastewater and to make the final treatment meet the standard.The pretreatment optimal operation parameters were obtained by single factor test and orthogonal test,and he results show that the treatment effect is better when the iron/carbon mass ratio is 3?4,iron-carbon dosage is 200 mg/L,HRT=2h,pH=4.The COD removing rate by iron-carbon micro-electrolysis process reaches 33.53%.we use wastewater as the study object to calculation and linear fitting the relationship between the COD of the iron-carbon micro-electrolysis effluent and time,finally found that the COD degradation of the chemical fiber wastewater by the iron-carbon micro-electrolysis largely in line with the first-order reaction kinetics,the linear fitting for “-ln(Ci/C0)=0.0035t+4.48694E-4”,which the correlation is up to 0.9951.On the pretreatment optimal operation parameters,the whole process section test was established by combining the original process.The pilot test shows that the removal rate of COD is 32.90% by iron-carbon micro-electrolysis.After that process,wastewater biochemical rised from 0.18 to 0.33.The final effluent COD of the pilot test can reach "discharge standards of water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry "(GB4287-2012).
