Nowadays,most of the control systems of metal smelting traction machines still have many shortcomings,such as short service life,easy damage,easy operation,high energy consumption,high cost,low control accuracy and uncontrollable operation,which seriously affect the quality and efficiency of metal processing.With the continuous progress of science and technology innovation and productivity,in recent years,devices for controlling the frequency conversion motor of horizontal metal melting traction machines have been successively used at home and abroad.The frequency of the motor is changed by changing the operating frequency,and the frequency conversion motor is controlled by a microcomputer.Turning,stopping,reversing,and stopping can be used to achieve pulling,stopping,reverse pushing and stopping actions of the tractor,which greatly improves the control accuracy and output response.Therefore,this paper takes copper metal processing as the research object,and completes the research and design of copper metal processing smelting tractor control system based on S7-200 PLC,servo motor and host computer.This article first analyzes the research and application status and development trend of the domestic and international metal melting traction machine control system.Then it analyzes the working principle and the main device composition of the metal smelting traction machine control system,and completes the overall plan of the metal smelting traction machine control system.design.At the same time,the PID controller based on teaching and learning optimization algorithm is used to optimize the output response control design.In the hardware part,the hardware configuration of the system and the hardware of the PLC module are designed.The hardware configuration mainly introduces the hardware components of the system,including PLC and its expansion module,host computer and various detection sensors.The hardware design of PLC module mainly introduces the design of some control circuits,including the wiring design of CPU module,AI module and AO module.The software part,combined with the hardware design,completed the programming of the control system PLC and the configuration design of the upper computer.According to the block diagram of the program structure,the program writing of each function module is realized in turn.For the upper computer configuration design,combined with the PLC control program,the real-time monitoring interface of the copper metal processing smelting traction machine control system is designed,and the monitoring function of various parameters,status and operation status of the copper metal processing smelter traction machine control system is realized.Finally,the design of the copper metal processing and smelting traction machine control system has been debugged.After many modifications and improvements,the final debugging results show that the system runs stably and reliably,and the control interface is simple and friendly.The monitoring system can monitor the relevant data of the traction control system of the copper metal processing in real time,and achieves the expected design goals and effects.The copper metal processing smelting tractor control system designed in this paper controls the forward rotation,stoppage,reverse rotation,and stop of the servo motor through the PLC,changes the casting speed,changes the traction frequency and the pitch,and improves the traction accuracy and output response when not stopping.It ensures that the on-line adjustment of the traction process when the surface of the ingot is cracked or shrinkage due to changes in the copper raw material,the fluctuation of the casting temperature,or the change in the cooling strength,thereby maximizing the product rate and improving the quality of the copper processing metal.And production efficiency has played a positive role,with a certain degree of practicality and practical significance.
