Electric traction system provides dynamic for the trek of electrical tractionshearer, The control system of electrical traction shearer does not have the motorenergy feedback data analysis and processing conditions, resulting in energy wasteand damage to the device easily. It can play a significant role in changing speedregulation control model, optimizing speed regulation features to achieve thefunctions of status information monitoring for four-quadrant speed regulation andenergy feedback, signal detection, analysis and modulation, and speeding up theresponse rate of the motor speed simultaneously.In this paper, the establishment of the traction system applied to electricaltraction shearer, based on high computing speed DSP microprocessor core chip, canachieve the functions of status information monitoring for four-quadrant speedregulation and energy feedback, processing and controlling. First, speed regulationcontrol model and features, the principle of digital frequency control and energyfeedback are analyzed by using space vector control algorithm(SVPWM). Second, itgives the design of modified speed PI algorithm, detection without senor of the speed,voltage, current and speed close-loop control of a synchronous machine. Third, thehardware includes the design of the main circuit hardware design, AC/DC voltageand current sensing circuit, Phase-locked frequency circuit, buffer driver circuit, thiscan guarantee that this capability of operating status information detection, analysisand modulation. at the same time suitable for frequent start-stop state of motor. Thesoftware process design program of space vector control algorithm, flux observer andspeed sensor-less are designed.At last, the control system simulation experiments of vector control rectifier andcurrent tracking speed vector control strategy are studied, verify the superiority of thecontrol algorithm, speed fast response, small overshoot, achieve the function ofenergy feedback, meanwhile analysis the sample conditioning circuit by theexperiment. The results of simulation and test system are ideal for the electricaltraction shearer variable frequency and energy feedback drive control system, thedigital system runs stably and reliably.
