The oil resource is exhausted,and the phenomenon of crude oil deterioration is serious.So the residue upgrading technology is attached great importance by refineries.Among all the technologies of upgrading heavy oil,the solvent deasphalting technology is much concerned by refineries.Because the process of solvent deasphating is ordinary and lower investment than any other technologies is needed,and product properties are high quality.Therefore,it is very important for Petrochina Liaohe Company to launch the research of solvent deasphalting technology.More routes of upgrading heavy oil and some new products are provided for Petrochina Liaohe Company by solvent deasphalting technology.In this work,supercritical solvent extraction separation technology was used to process the Liaohe heavy mixed residual oil(which was mixed by Huanxiling,Jingcai,Shuguang,Xinglongtai heavy oil).The properties of deasphalted oil(DAO),light deasphalted oil(LDAO)and heavy deasphalted oil(HDAO)were analyzed under different experiment conditions.The properties' laws of products were determined.According to the results of experiments,the applications of DAO,LDAO and HDAO were explored.According to experiments,the yields of DAO and LDAO were decreased but the properties of DAO and LDAO were improved when the extraction temperature was increased.The yield of LDAO was reduced but its properties were improved when the settlement tower temperature was raised.The yield of HDAO was decreased when the extraction temperature was raised but its properties were worse than DAO and LDAO.The FCC product distribution of DAO and LDAO was inspected on the fixed bed.According to the research,the optimal reaction temperature was determined to 520? under which the light oil reached the highest yield.Because the yield of light oil was increased little(only 0.15 percentage)when the catalytic oil ratio was raised from 7 to 8,the optimal catalyst oil ratio should be controlled between 7 to 8.Compared with the industry material and device,the DAO saturate content was lower than industry material about 40 percentage point,but the yield of gas oil and diesel were only lower about 6 and 9 percentage points,respectively.Therefore DAO can be the material of FCC.On the furfural extraction experimental device,LDAO can be the material of producing environmental rubber oil.The environmental rubber oil was produced with high quality.Its CA value was kept from 10 to 15.7.And eight kinds of aromatic were removed,which conformed to the European Union standards.Compared with literature,if the LDAO were extracted for two times,the high aromatic environmental rubber with CA higher than 20% could be produced.Two kinds of HDAO and extract oil were used to produce asphalt regenerant.According to the experiments,these three kinds of oil's optimal mixing proportion were determined to 32 wt.%,38 wt.%,43 wt.%,respectively.The linear fitting of penetration and softening point was accurate.The predictive value was very close to experiment value with under 3% error.The properties of recycled asphalt were almost the same as the asphalt before aging.Asphalt regenerant could be produced by HDAO and extract oil.
