Sand problems in wells have a serious effect on the health and well production.In order to solve the problem about sand,we can use artificial washing sand,which can carry sand to the surface from the well.The current conventional sand washing technology can meet the basic needs of vertical wells,but for larger inclination horizontal wells,it is not only ineffective,and will cause secondary sedimentary sand body what may cause serious sand cards.By research on concentric tube jetting and negative pressure sand washing technology in horizontal well,including through the dimensionless parameter method of jet pump and jet pump characteristic dimensionless characteristic curve research,and factors Influencing sand in the fluid motion and the law of settling sand in the wellbore motion analysis and horizontal wells washed sand in sand-carrying fluid by the inclination of the influence of Analysis.What's moreover,the research on concentric tube jet vacuum washing sand structure model,which can get the distribution of the annular space and the inner pressure pipe of concentric tubes.Research indicates that concentric tube jetting and negative pressure sand washing technology is good for solving the problem of washing sand in horizontal well.In order to improve the application ability in the oil field,we through in-depth research on the technology of the vacuum sand washing Theory,which by designing optimization nozzle and throat to guide the construction site.The study has important guiding significance about better solving horizontal wells washed sand problems.
