Submersible electric pump oil extraction equipment is the most efficient mechanical oil extraction equipment known in the world,It has many features such as large displacement range,high efficiency,simple operation,convenient management,better application to inclined wells,horizontal wells and offshore oil platforms,and easy handling of corrosion and wax deposition,In addition,the supporting equipment technology matching it is very mature,So it also has the advantages of high automation.Therefore,the submersible electric pump oil extraction equipment has become the best choice for the initial stage and the production period of oil fields.However,with the development of more than thirty years in the western oil field in Kuwait Oil Field,With the continuous expansion of the industrialization of polymer flooding and the transformation of water flooding after polymer flooding in some sectors,Although the submersible electric pump equipment has many advantages,it is at the bottom of the oil well due to the main body of oil recovery equipment,Therefore,the submersible electric pump oil extraction technology gradually exposes problems such as single unit structure design,simple and fixed tubing string structure,low polymer flooding displacement efficiency,and high energy consumption of unit operation,Severely restricted the development of submersible electric pump oil extraction technology.Because of my work unit relationship,Installation and after-sales service of submersible electric pump well submersible pump in Kuwait oilfield,And Kuwait Oilfield is in a period of emergency production with Iraqi oil fields,As a result,submersible electro-pump oil extraction equipment became the most important and most common oil extraction equipment in Kuwait oil fields,In order to solve these problems,research and application of submersible pump optimization parameter design technology,automatic compensation control cabinet technology,permanent magnet synchronous motor technology,variable frequency speed control technology,and large flow channel pump and other technologies,The new submersible pump well optimization parameter design software and the new well selection pump optimization software have been used to strengthen the electric pump management technology and means,Completed the structural configuration of the unit,improved the working condition of the electric pump,improved the displacement efficiency and system efficiency of the electric pump well,and provided technical support for the overall energy saving and consumption reduction of the submersible pump well,The energy-saving and energy-reducing technology of submersible electric pump wells in ultra-high water cut period not only applies to the production needs of electric pump wells at the current stage,Also adapted to the production needs of submersible electric pump wells in the subsequent development stage of the oil field,The correct idea was given for reducing the work energy consumption of submersible electric pump wells and realizing the overall energy saving requirements for submersible electric pump wells.
