Subsea production system is one of the most important parts during the process of marine petroleum exploitation,and subsea tree is the key equipment of subsea production system,which is important for the safety and quality of oil production.In recent years,offshore oil equipment has been developed quickly in China,and we also have some development in the area of subsea production system.However,there is few research on the key technology of subsea tree.This thesis focused on the design and research on the electro-hydraulic control system for subsea tree,and it has far-reaching significance for the oil equipment development in our country.Structure and working principle were researched in this thesis.Through comparing different control modes for subsea tree from different corporations,electro-hydraulic control system is selected as the final control way for subsea tree.Based on the working style and parameters,overall control scheme of the electro-hydraulic system for subsea tree was built,and the research on communication system was also involved.Mater-slave station and redundancy system were used for this system.This thesis designed the Hraulic Power Unit and Subsea Control Module,which are the two important parts of the whole system.Hydraulic systems of HPU and SCM were designed according to the regulations of API certification and parameters of actuator.Through computing to the system,hydraulic components of the system were selected.To meet the requirements for the control system,SIEMENS Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)was used for the control system.On the one hand,S7-300 was used for soft redundancy,controlling the HPU.On the other hand,S7-400 H PLC was used for hard redundancy,controlling the SCM.The electronic control system was finished by WinCC and Step7,two important programming software for SIEMENS PLC.Finally,AMESim,a kind of popular hydraulic simulation software,was used to built the system model and make the response analysis of the open-close process of subsea tree actuator.
