With the development of economy,the growth of the automobile consumption and the enact of state strategic oil reserve policy,the development of petrochemical industry get a certain extent promote,as one of the most important aspects of the healthy development of the petrochemical industry,the safe operation of large crude oil tank farm is related to the safety of the oil industry development in our country,at the same time,the security are of great potential economic benefit.In petrochemical industry park,large crude oil tank farm as its important supporting measures,also brought the very big security risk.Recently,accidents of petrochemical tank farm is frequent in domestic,,which not only bring serious economic losses and casualties,and cause great panic to the surrounding community.Fire ability level of large crude oil tank farm is the key to the disposal of tank farm accident,at present,fire control work capability assessment for large crude oil tank is still in its initial stage in our country,existing tank fire control capability assessment is more compliance assessment method,also some researchers have used LOPA on tank farm fire capability assessment,but evaluation system lack of evaluation rules,has the problem of subjectivity is higher.A set of scientific system of assessment for tank fire control ability,is able to find the defect of fire ability,provides the concrete and effective measures for fire ability to ascend,reduce blindness,is of great significance to protect the safety of tank farm.This paper analyzes the present situation of tank fire control capability assessment for the tank fire control system,the development process of fire explosion in large crude oil tank farm is studied based on bowknot,security barrier for large crude oil tank fire control system,the formation of a more intuitive tank fire control safety barrier system,in accordance with the relevant standards 3 level assessment indicators,using analytic hierarchy process to determine index weight at all levels,improve the method of grade international security rating system,in accordance with the scores of indicators,to a certain extent to avoid the subjectivity,formed a relatively objective system of tank fire control capability assessment.This evaluation system was applied to a domestic petrochemical tank farm,to evaluate tank fire control ability,find out the weak links of tank fire control ability,control measures are put forward targeted,and determine the fire rescue safety distance by using fire dynamic simulation software,which has certain guiding significance to the weakness of tank fire control of reinforcing,to improve the ability of tank fire control system to deal with the accident is of great significance.
