| With the development of the world’s advanced equipment manufacturing industry,flank milling ruled surface processing is widely used in aerospace,vehicle,shipbuilding and other advanced manufacturing field.There is a small amount cutting mark in ruled surface processing with flank milling.The cutting mark is a kind of special surface structure.It’s size is related to the machining.Surface quality directly show the cutting performance and machining accuracy of five axis machine tool.However,current exhabition of surface structures such as roughness and waviness are not suitable for cutting mark.Therefore,the research on exhabition cutting mark on flank milling ruled surface and measurement is quite necessary.The main work as follows:1.The methods of measurement,exhabition and evaluation of surface structure are compared and analyzed.A comparative study of usual measurement methods,the noncontact method is chosen as the focus of research.A suitable non contact measurement method(confocal white light sensor or line laser sensor)is proposed from the aspect of the accuracy,range,use of the environment.The areal evaluation is put forward as the main evaluation methods.2.Non-contact measurement of system is designed and non-contact measurement is researched.The characteristics of flank milling ruled surface and cutting mark size are analyzed,and non-contact measurement system for structure is designed for the cutting mark.Besides,the advantages and disadvantages of the confocal white light and line laser sensor in the measurement of microstructures are studied through experiment,and the condition of application in 3D measurement is determined.3.The pretreatment and cutting mark extraction algorithm of measured surface point cloud is studied.The data preprocessing method of 3D point cloud includes general error point processing and burr point double square fitting processing.The error of measurement caused by direction and angle in measurement is studied and analyzed,and the compensation method of response is put forward.It is cutting mark extraction algorithm that is studied as the key point of surface structure extracting.By apllying the existing advanced robust Gauss filter and robust spline filter in cutting mark extraction,the limitations of which is finded.And so the recognition weights filtering is proposed,and which is applied to the areal filtering also.4.The surface quality of the surface is evaluated and the software is designed.The automatic extraction algorithm of the cutting mark’s key indicators are proposed,which is automatic quantization by Gauss fitting.According to the areal characteristic parameters of the international standard,a specific areal characterization parameters of the cutting mark are designed.The uncertainty in the extraction process of system measurement is derived.A set of system analysis software is designed which is developed to deal with the ruled surface cutting marks of 3D basing on processing algorithm. |
