Acid fracturing is one of the measures to increase production which plays an irreplaceable role in the field of oil and gas field development.However,the acidification process and downhole injection of acid residual acid corrosion of tubing and other equipment brought serious problems,the most common practice is to add corrosion inhibitors.Usually in the low-temperature acidification formation,the domestic corrosion inhibitors play a significant role.When it comes to the high-temperature environment,it began to deteriorate inhibition effect,only a small part of products can meet industry standards.In 180 ? abnormal high temperature conditions,most products can hardly use effectively.In this paper,the Shengli Oilfield(200?),Iran Astec oil(>170?)have the characteristics of abnormal high temperature and deep well reservoir in corrosion problems in the process of acidification,successfully developed applies to more than 180 ? and abnormal high temperature corrosion inhibitor FL-B.Through a lot of investigation to obtain relevant information inhibitor of the basic action principle corrosion inhibition,the main ingredient and most outstanding corrosion factors,the basic set goals inhibitor mainly composed of aromatic ketones,aromatic amines and aldehyde alkyne group.When the aromatic ketone,benzaldehyde,aromatic amines used in a proportion of 1:1:1,the synthetic product inhibition rate up to four groups of laboratory formulations multiple sets of parallel comparison of experimentally derived through.Then complex and high temperature synergist mutual solvent,to give six different formulations under the same conditions by comparing the inhibition efficiency,and ultimately determine the required abnormally high temperature corrosion inhibitor FL-B.The use of high temperature and pressure dynamic corrosion test for heat resistance FL-B,dissolution dispersion terms,the impact of acid concentration,and the inhibitor concentration on the speed of impact evaluation,the results showed that: at 180 ? conditions,FL-B shows good performance of corrosion inhibitors,to achieve an industry standard.At the same time,compared to the experimental results and finished inhibitor IS-130 display,under the same conditions,FL-B performance is far superior corrosion inhibition IS-130,IS-130 inhibitor and can not meet the appropriate industry standards,the contrast of inhibition effect is obvious.
