Oil-gas-water multiphase flow is the most common multiphase flow in the oil field development process.And the flow rates of multiphase is one of the most important data reflecting the current situation of oil fields' development.The thesis help us to find the difficulties of metering the flow rates of multiphase by analyzing characteristics of multiphase flow and the actual needs raised by oil field engineers.Firstly,we have done a lot of research about measurement methods of multiphase flow,and let us know the advantages and disadvantages of different methods.Then combined with the actual conditions of oil fields,we selects the method of differential pressure to measure the flow rates,and uses an iterative algorithm to improve its measurement accuracy.Meanwhile,using the density method and microwave method to collect data of the multiphase flow,and obtain parameters by calculating the multiphase fluid phase holdup.At last,we calculate the flow rates.Based on the above principle,the research develops the software system and hardware system.The hardware system consists of five basic modules,it has simple structure,and suitable for different wells of oil fields.The software system is provided by four subsystems,these subsystems coordinate with each other to achieve collection,display,summary and analysis of multiphase flow's data and related parameters.Finally,we do some experiments on the measurement and control system of multiphase flow.We accomplish the calibration of measurement and control system by comparing with standard separation type metering device.Then the entire system is applied to the site of an oil field,and the test verifies the feasibility and accuracy of the entire measurement and control system.
