In recent years, environmental issues have become increasingly prominent, with the increase of environmental pressures, the pace of diesel upgrade continues to accelerate. With the escalation of diesel quality it will put higher requirements in technology and management. And the yield of refinery diesel, the production costs will be greatly affected.Currently facing low prices, intensified competition, various kinds of pressure to upgrade product quality, how to adapt to the new external environment, how to ensure "safe, stable, long, full, excellent" production, how to use expert resources to solve technology problems,is a problem facing the refining business.Faced with these challenges,a petroleum company introduces the new technologies, upgrade device technology, increases poor quality crude oil as a policy to cope with stress. And with the rapid development of information technology, major companies have come to realize the important of information technology. In this background,a petroleum company also introduce information technology platform(remote monitoring and diagnosis)in diesel upgrading, and set up a project team for the research. And this subject is carried out on it.This thesis generalizes the diesel hydrogenation technology at home and abroad and the development of remote monitoring diagnosis, investigate and further understand the demand of remote monitoring diagnosis of diesel quality upgrading. It analyzes regional company's advanced technology in the diesel quality upgrading, introduce the overall and detailed design in the remote monitoring diagnosis system according to the demand. The detailed design includes designs of process indicators monitoring, calculation and prediction function design, diesel quality monitoring and expert diagnosis. Finally, this thesis analyzes the effect of the system.
