Study On The Management And Countermeasures Of Not Major Hazard Installations For Dangerous Chemicals

Currently,the major hazard installations for dangerous chemicals have attracted specially attention of the state and companies.The management of major hazard installations is relatively good,and major hazard installations can be objectively identified and some effectively management measures were putted forward.However,a small amount of hazardous chemicals,which have not yet reached the critical amount of major hazard Installations,often occurred frequently.These accidents caused the social effects and economic loss is relatively large,and they should also be aroused people's attention.In order to strengthen the management of hazardous chemicals,which are not major hazard installations,(hereinafter referred to as "dangerous chemicals").In this paper,we mainly study the dangerous chemicals,which are not the major hazard installations in an oil company,from the following aspects:(1)Through statistic and analysis of various types for chemicals involved in this survey,we had screened out 17 units to doing research.The management of hazardous chemicals in the short board was analyzed,and found out the existing problems.(2)According to the management status of dangerous chemicals in the enterprise and reasons of these problems,combined with related theory,some factors that may influence safety management of hazardous chemicals were raised,then management factors model was constructed.(3)With regard to the design,distribution and recycling of questionnaire for safety management of hazardous chemicals,based on the sample data obtained.The reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaire was tested by using SPSS19.0 software.(4)The empirical analysis and testing were conducted in using of structural equation modeling.By using of software AMOS21.0,the assumed model was fitted and estimated and corrected and interpreted,so ultimately the influencing factor model of hazardous chemicals management was determined.(5)Finally,according to the relevant laws and regulations of the chemical industry,this article putted forward some suggestions to improve the safety management level of this enterprises.
