At present,the length of pipeline laying for the oil and natural gas is increasing year by year,and the demand of maintenance and repairing for oil and gas transmission pipeline is increasing.Compared with the traditional sealing technology,the intelligent plugging technology in the pipe has obvious advantages in the engineering quantity and cost.The working principle of the intelligent plugging device inside the tube is: get into the pipeline from the transmitter,move by the media in the pipeline,controlled by a ground controlling unit,when arriving at the plugging position,it began a series of plugging operations.In order to achieve the requirements of wireless communication control according to the work environment of intelligent pipe plug device,the communication and controlling system is a core technology.The system uses a two-way communication method based on low frequency electromagnetic wave,the control unit on the ground transmit a low frequency electromagnetic wave with symbol information,operation unit in the tube receives the electromagnetic wave,obtain the corresponding symbols by amplifying,though filtering and demodulation and then obtain the corresponding action.The operation unit emission different electromagnetic wave when it is in different working condition to the ground controlling unit.By establishing a stable bidirectional communication channel,we can make sure the controlling unit on the ground and the operation unit in the tube can work in tandem,and control the intelligent plus,to ensure the plugging operation.
