Design Of E-1500-AC Drawworks For Integrated Drilling Rig

The drawworks is the key component of the drive system of drilling rigsr,in order to meet the need of internal and external intergration of the fast moving rig,the new drawworks which has smaller and lighter features can cater for the rig modular transport requirements.This the whole structure and transmission on scheme of the drawworks was mainly designed and studied,which had taken the overall requirements on the drilling process into account and adopted the drillers' suggestion about the drawworks.The design comform to API specification and industry standards.According to the relevant standards,the overall technology of drawworks was determined.comparison of different brake,the gearbox,such as automatic driller to the drawworks overall influence,determine the transmission scheme of the drawworks;Calculate and determine the roller diameter,length and amount of rope drum,according to high speed and low speed performance out of the load-speed performance curve;through the drum shaft and wallboard the theoretical calculation and ANSYS analysis,make sure that the parts design to meet the overall requirements of drilling technology;drawworks production assembly after the completion of the factory test and tensile test results,the rationalityof the design of winch is verified.The innovation is that the reducer output shaft and draw shaft for the same root shaft and the input shaft of the reducer is hinged and fixed on the base of drawworks,the other shaft of the drum is matched with an empty sleeve shaft and the bottom of the roller shaft is not supported.at the bottom of the drum shaft and the gearbox,without the traditional shaft coupling and saves installation space,simplify the installation of the drawworks disassembly process;Choose relatively wide range of speed regulation of main motor,through the two gearbox reduce,got a more superior performance and improve drilling efficiency.In this paper,the drawworks is calculated systematically to provide a strong theoretical basis for the use of the drawworks.The drawworks has been through the test,and has set up a successful delivery of the customer,in the process of drilling performance outstanding,in the process of moving rig,the drawworks and middle foundation transport with one transportation unit,customer feedback effect is good.
