In this subject, the author mainly studies the appropriative drawworks of oil engineeringmiddle simulation testing system, and uses dynamic design method working over vibrationproblems of winch in running condition.Since the process of oil exploration pattern switching from sprinkling to mechanicalproduction, mechanical production equipments, downhole tool, drilling techniques and matchinginstallation should be tested by middle simulation testing system. Along with the scientificresearch and generalization of lifting techniques and downhole tool, oil engineering middlesimulation testing system has become the indispensable production steps and will play a moreimportant role in oil production. During the different stage of oil production, this system offerstesting means for artificial lift, slicing mining and production logging. Drawworks, as a vitaldamper equipment of middle simulation testing system, provides power and control method forsnubbing work, and its function and performance decide the safety and reliability of the testingsystem. Therefore, the research of winch dynamic design and its dynamic property is veryimportant.This article using rotor dynamics theory and finite element method, simplifies thedrawworks drive system to a typical rotor-bearing system containing one rigid disk, two elasticsupports and two rigid supports. Then by solving system movement equation, drawworksstiffness matrix and quality matrix are explicit, natural frequency and its dynamic response ofwinch system is calculated, and causes of vibration is found out. Thereafter, structure sensitivityis calculated by direct derivative method, and then the most sensitive design parameter isascertained. On the basis of this, using perturbed iterative theory to deduct structure redesignmethod can quickly acquire modified structure dynamic property. Moreover, the author usesANSYS and ADAMS software to construct finite element models for simulating drawworksrunning condition, so the conditions before and after optimization are easily got. Since softwaresimulation results are basically consistent with theoretical solution, the dynamic design methodproves to be logical and reliable.The dynamic design method brought forward by the author gives the reference of same kinddrawworks design.
