Study On The SCADA System Project Quality Management Of Natural Gas Network In Jiangxi Province

Oil and gas pipeline in operation for a long time in high pressure,fire and explosion prevention requirements strictly,high risk and high risk operation conditions,so oil and gas long distance pipeline engineering construction quality is directly related to the safety of the pipeline operation,but also directly related to pipeline along the people's life and property safety;long distance pipeline engineering construction quality is the pipeline to each subsystem of equipment and construction quality of the organic combination of.Jiangxi province natural gas network planning and construction of 1 control center,42 sub station,7 CNG filling station and 5 RTU valve chamber,staging and put into operation.SCADA system is necessary automation system of the natural gas pipe network in Jiangxi Province,Jiangxi Province,natural gas pipeline network SCADA system,including Nanchang control center and station control,emergency shutdown system(ESD)procurement,calibration,installation,commissioning,pre-test operation and maintenance work.In this paper,based on the analysis of present condition of SCADA system project quality management,draw lessons from the research achievements of other project quality management and excellent management methods,combined with the characteristics of the actual project implementation of SCADA system of natural gas network in Jiangxi Province,Analyze the main factors affecting the quality of project,Various utility methods are applied to study the influencing factors on the quality of the project,in determining weights of affecting factors,according to the results of the analysis of project quality management,the improvement measures and suggestions are put forward.
