With the progress of drilling technology and development of oil field is more and more towards the direction of digital,intelligent,fields of various parameters for oilfield is more and more important,the determination of degree of paraffin deposit in the pumping unit Wells of dosing has important guiding significance to wash well,and working fluid level as the important foundation of oilfield production data,its accurate measurement for oil well production is of great significance.Celebration of Qingxin oil Wells work some time,the well wall wax,to greatly enhance the energy consumption,in order to reduce energy consumption,generally USES the operation of the dosing wash well,but for the judgement of degree of paraffin deposit without certain concepts,now simply use experience to add medicine to wash well,which may cause the well-flushing incomplete or dosage is too large and waste of resources,therefore,urgent need to determine the degree of paraffin deposit.Dynamic fluid level is an important basic data of oilfield production,and qingxin oilfield is developing towards intelligent oilfield with the construction of digital oilfield.Real-time collection of various oil well data and indicator diagram is more convenient,but the acquisition of dynamic fluid level still adopts traditional acoustic measurement.In order to solve the above problems,a method of measuring indicator diagram indirectly by electrical parameters is proposed.The indicator diagram drawn by this method is combined with the indicator diagram obtained by load sensor to obtain a new indicator diagram.Then,based on the data extracted from the new indicator diagram,the calculation model of waxing degree suitable for qingxin oilfield is established by using the trapezoidal area difference method on the indicator diagram.The dynamic fluid level calculation model suitable for qingxin oilfield is established by using the suspended point load data extracted from the indicator diagram.Software was compiled for each calculation model.Finally,field experiments were carried out to verify the rationality and accuracy of each calculation model.Through the calculation of each model and the well washing test of each well,the expected effect is achieved for the waxing degree model.In the calculation of moving liquid level,the error rate of calculation is relatively low,and the error between measured value and actual value of moving liquid level is within 5%.
