The thesis was funded by the projects which are on the high rank adaptive control technology research and promotion of demonstration of wellbore flow field(No.2016ZX05042003-001)” and “Research on the Design of Bottom-Hole Pump Technology for the Drainage of CBM Wells(No.51174224)”.With the analysis of the characteristics of CBM drainage and the characteristics and applicability of mining equipment,based on the development of the present acquisition device and collection characteristics,the method of inversing point indicator diagram through the electric mechanical and electrical parameters was presented which means to obtain high rank CBM well parameters continuously,stably and relatively accurately.Firstly,this paper researched that the characteristics of the CBM drainage step-down rank in stages,the status of the commonly used mining equipment and the status of acquiring CBM well parameters.By comparing the characteristic of the need of mining CBM wells and oil wells,the differences,such as their mining way or productions are summarized.We can draw a conclusion that Coalbed methane Wells would require on bottom hole flowing pressure(dynamic liquid level)rank parameters in a continuous,stable,long-term way.Secondly,the equivalent dynamics model of pumping unit ground mechanical system is established,which introduces the method of building and skill of solving of equivalent dynamics model.With the analysis of the Motor mechanical characteristic curve and the related theory model of the indicator diagram,based on the positive analysis of equivalent dynamics model,the real conditional motion and dynamic characteristics of the pumping unit main body and the real change rule of the crank angular velocity and angular acceleration was presented.Similarly,with the inverse analysis of the equivalent dynamics model,based on the mechanical characteristics of three asynchronous motor,the theoretical relationship between motor power input and output torque was established.Based on the stress analysis of model of pumping beam and crank,the theoretical relationship between the output torque of the motor and the indicator diagram was established.Finally,compared with the measured indicator diagram,the main parameters of test precision of electrical indicator diagram and the significant degree of data analysis was established.Based on the measurement of motor electrical parameters of two Wells on the spot,the motor output power and output power of the pumping unit(indicator diagram)was received.Through the comparison and analysis of the measured indicator diagram,the alignment can meet the engineering standard test requirements.
