With the development of carbon dioxide flooding,the problem on produced liquid treatment has been taken into account.Because of the special properties and oil-displacement mechanism of the carbon dioxide,the produce liquid is different from the water flooding's.In order to meet the requirements of the dehydration,it's necessary to make a research of the stability and demulsification of liquid produced by carbon dioxide flooding.Aiming at the carbon dioxide flooding wells,the produced liquid's properties(moisture content,viscosity,colloid contend,wax content and so on)were studied,the research also include comparing the stability of liquid produced by carbon dioxide flooding and water flooding at the same stage,analyzing the stability of liquid produced from the same well at different stage and tracking the demulsification of the produced liquid.By comparing and analyzing the effect of tempetature,demulsifier concentration and treatment time on dehydration rate,we chose the suitable dehydration temperature and demulsifier concentration,put forward the suggestions and form a treatment method to meet the requirements of field testing.The study found that comparing with the liquid produced by water flooding,the moisture content of the liquid produced by carbon dioxide is less and viscosity is higher.As development progresses,the moisture content has fluctuations,and the moisture content of the liquid produced by carbon dioxide appeared a decreasing trend.The produced liquid particle size of carbon dioxide flooding is smaller than water flooding,the carbon dioxide flooding produced liquid is more stable than water flooding,and it is harder to dehydrate.The produced liquid particle size has an influence on the produced liquid's stability.In the same condition,the natural sedimentation of liquid produced by carbon dioxide flooding is harder than water flooding.If the particle size is smaller and its distribution is narrower,the produced liquid will be more stable.In the process of dehydration,the demulsifier concentration and temperature have synergistic effect.With the increase of the temperature and demulsifier concentration,the dehydration increased first and then decreased slightly.According to the requirements,the best solution to deal with the produced liquid was adding demulsifier 100 mg/L at 75?.According to the experement result,it is necessary to change the concentration of the demulsifier,treatment time and temperature appropriately to improve the dehydration effect.
