Bolted flange joint is an important connection between pressure equipment and external in running equipment of petrochemical enterprises,which is consist of flange、bolt and gasket.One important indicator is sealing performance when inspect the effectiveness of the flange seal structure,the bolt flange specification design method of our country is based on the Waters method,unable to meet the environment requirements of low leakage rate.The main content of this article is the research on the sealing performance of camprofile gasket based on the leakage rate control.First of all,analysis the sealing mechanism of bolted flange joint and the factors which affect the sealing performance,analysis leak rate model.research and analysis the gasket factor、test method and bolt flange specification design method which based on the leakage rate control,Provide a reference for the establishment of standardized bolted flange design methods which suitable for our country.Secondly,select camprofile,to carry out gasket seal performance test,mad the relationship curve between leak rate and gasket factor which under different internal pressure levels,given the value of M、Ywhich under2?10-5cm3/sleak rate levels.The third,select bolted flange joint to be the target,using finite element software ANSYS,based on the M、Y which obtained in the previously chapter,research sealing performance which under allowable leakage rate,through simulation analysis,at low leak rate level requirements,the system can meet structural integrity,but when improve leak rate level,the stress on flange and bolt exceed material allowable stress,which can not meet structural integrit.Finally,select camprofile,to carry out gasket performance test,research compression resilience and sealing performance which under different structural parameters,through experimental,given the type of gasket which can meet the requirements of lower leakage rate,tests showed that,gasket have the best sealing properties when pitch is 1.5mm and graphite layer is 0.5mm.
