As one of the main materials of American furniture,boxwood is widely used in many enterprises.Most of the solid wood furniture companies choose raw materials based on the crosssection of components directly,less consider the method of multiples relationship,resulting in more raw materials corresponding to products,and material utilization is also unsatisfactory.This paper is based on the multiple relationship method to optimize the matching between components and raw materials.Using the data of LY enterprise 5715 series bedroom furniture,the matching relationship is optimized from the point of view of components and raw materials respectively.The main results are as follows:In the study of the reduction of the raw material and the improvement of the matching degree through the standardization of the parts:(1)The average matching value increases with the increase of the number of raw materials in the logarithmic curve.For example,the average matching value of the cross section corresponds to the number of raw materials: y = 0.0797ln(x)+ 0.8708,R2 = 0.9689.(2)Optimize the parts specifications according to the raw material,not only can improve the standardization of parts,but also can improve the matching of parts and raw materials.The optimization of the length direction is particularly significant.Based on the existing production data of the 5715 series of enterprises,we gradually reduce the current specifications of the 15 kinds of raw materials,Analyze the material,labor costs in different situations:(1)In the study interval,the material cost decreases with the increase of the average matching value in each direction.The relationship satisfies: y = 399.87 / x + 8.3354,R2 = 0.9537.(2)With the increase of the number of raw materials,the effective time of production is generally upward trend,there are fluctuations in the middle.Because when the batch stage does not increase the process.The effective processing time of parts decreases with the increase of n value.With the changing of the matching relationship,it is impossible to avoid increasing the cross section and longitudinal section.(3)With the decrease in the number of raw materials,auxiliary work time is ladder shaped incremental.(4)Direct labor cost change is not fixed.n this paper,It can be concluded that in the case of 12 reduction in the number of raw materials,the unit cost is still lower than the initial value.Through the study of this paper,we can not only standardize the parts specifications through the multiple relation method,also use this method to improve the matching between parts and raw materials,reduce the raw material specifications,and directly reduce the material,labor production costs.
