As the only kind of "water-based" polymer composite coating collected from the natural green plants,the lacquer is considered the most ancient industrial plastics known to humanity so that it has the laudatory title of “the king of coating”.The composition of the lacquer is complex and has biological activity and material properties.Its film-forming process interaction between the biocatalytic characteristics,biologically based materials,multivariate functional structure and the ursolol-polysaccharide–protein constitute a biocatalytic polymerization system what the lacquer especially possess endow the lacquer coating prominent ultra-durable,high decorative,antibacterial,oxidative stability,corrosion resistance and environmental friendliness.However,the large viscosity,difficult construction and spraying,long curing cycle,sensitization and other problems seriously affect the application of natural lacquer in the modern furniture industry.In recent years,UV ink gets more attention due to its higher efficiency,environmental friendly,higher quality,wider adaptability and so on.As the increasing voice of environmental protection,the environmental ink occupy an important position in the development and has a huge development prospects.A field investigation in some lacquer,UV ink,digital inkjet printing technology and UV curing technology laid a foundation to carry on this paper.Firstly,it makes a analysis of the reasons why the natural raw lacquer can not use in digital jet printing technology.Secondly,based on the similarity of lacquer and UV ink,it develops several different kinds of UV lacquer Ink,which used the natural raw lacquer,modified lacquer,UV ink and other additives as the raw material and solved the problem that natural lacquer can not be printed.Finally,the optimal formulation for each UV lacquer ink was determined through testing the film performance.The specific researches are as follows:(1)Three kinds of UV lacquer inks for digital jet printing were prepared,which treat three kinds of modified lacquer by grinding dispersion method and use the UV ink as the main material.And three kinds of modified lacquer additions were determined through the filter test and nozzle test.(2)The performance of three kinds of UV lacquer inks are tested and the addition ratio of three modified lacquer is discussed based on the grinding dispersion method.At last,the best proportion of three modified lacquer are determinedThrough the comprehensive analysis of its film performance.(3)A preparation method of UV curable inkjet ink based on urushionl modified epoxy acrylate which used epoxy and lacquer as the main film—forming material.The orthogonal experimental method was used to determine the proportion of based ink,passing ability of the nozzle,viscosity,curing speed as indicators.The experimental results showed that this method determines the preferred UV ink formulation.Finally,the preferred formulation was verified by means of particle size analysis and performance evaluation.The UV injet ink synthesised by urushiol modified epoxy acrylate modulated had a better comprehensive performance.
