With the continuous development of digital printing, the quality of digital printing is growing fast. Based on the technics of static digital printing technology ,the paper focused on color reproduction effect of liquid electronic ink. The influence factors of the ink in the imaging and transfer process to guarantee the stability of print quality are analyzed. The result is valuable to make printing quality stability and to provide reference for such ink usage and quality control.The performance of the printing ink is its ability to reproduce the original in the printing process. It is necessary to study on not only the physical and chemical properties of such ink which impact on the printing process ,but also the printing conditions under different printing systems and substrates. That is printing ink 'suitability with specific printing system.The paper is based on the theories of the static digital printing technology and the printing chromatic. According to the model Hp indigo 3050 digital printing, the research is carry out . Combination with traditional offset quality control ways, using polynomial regression method to analyze the effects of e-conductive liquid ink concentration and the tone value change on color reproduction. And the study focuses on analyzing the influence on the printing quality under different ink concentration and conductivity. Then the paper provided the evaluation indexes for electronic properties of liquid ink printing.The experiments show that: the intluence of ink concentration change on printing color exists mainly on magenta and red area of printing productions. In tone reproduction, the liquid ink can reproduce 2% 4% dot area, and relative to the contrast value can be up to offset quality standards. The influence of ink concentration changing on the printing density of solid area is that, the solid area density and dot area coverage increase with ink concentration increasing. The paper glossy has relatively large impact on the ink gloss and it increases according to the paper gloss increasing. And the color difference under coated paper, mat paper ,and white card standard. And it could be seen that, magenta ink trapping above cyan and cyan trapping above yellow have better color results. But in general the color sequence has little impact on color reproduction. The average color deviation is below 3, which proves that ink has a good trapping characteristics.
