Research On Digital Inspection Technology For Oil ? Gas Recovery System Of Oil Tank Truck

Oil and gas recovery is an energy saving and environmental friendly high-tech.When we store,load and unload oil,oil and gas can be recovered by using oil and gas recovery technology,to prevent air pollution caused by volatile oil and gas,to eliminate security risks,to improve the utilization of energy,to reduce economic losses,and to gain considerable economic returns.In this paper,a set of digital detector for oil and gas recovery system of oil tanker is designed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The modular design of tanker oil and gas recovery device digital detection system is established.It includes central processing module of the core part of detection device,the power supply module which can provide power supply function and protection function,calculate and display the time clock module,TFT display module,data storage and processing module,sensor protection module.(2)Digital detector for oil and gas recovery system of oil tank truck is designed and selected,The CPU adopts STC90C516RD+ chip,and the TFT LCD is connected with the data storage module to realize the real-time display and data storage of the detection data.The data acquisition module uses DSIII series pressure sensors which have the characteristics of static pressure compensation and temperature characteristics,overload protection,long term drift,and detection accuracy of 0.075%FS.The data processing module and the data storage module respectively choose 12 bit resolution TLC2543,A/D conversion chip and CH376 S chip.(3)Oil tank gas recovery digital detection control system is developed by using the KeilC51 development platform for the development of the control system.It includes a display interface layout,display the instructions of the operation and implementation,A/D conversion design,U disk storage and docking CH376 S chip and microcontroller communication development etc..The tanker oil and gas recovery system closed positive pressure testing procedures,tanker oil and gas recovery pipeline pneumatic valve closed positive pressure testing procedures and tanker oil and gas recovery system of closed negative pressure detection program are programmed.(4)The practical application of digital detection device for oil and gas recovery system of oil tank truck is carried out,and the reliability of U disk storage module,clock module,data analysis processing module and display module are proved.The digital,visual and automatic detection of the oil gas recovery system of the tanker are realized,and the feasibility and reliability of the oil gas recovery test system of the tanker are verified.
