In China's inherent energy structure,coal has always occupied the main position.AIthough huge production and practitioners have promoted rapid economic development in China,they have also exposed a series of urgent security issues at the same time.Among them,mine dust has attracted more and more people's attention because of its universality and the prominent harm to the health of mining workers.At present,domestic researchers have gradually developed a variety of effective dust control technology,such as spray dust,foam dust,dust ventilation.The application of these techniques in the underground greatly reduces the dust concentration in the main dust producing sources,improves the working environment of workers,and reduces the risk of pneumoconiosis.Foam dust removal technology is a new type of wet dust removal technology.Compared with other dust removal technologies,foam dust removal technology has less water consumption and it can improve the utilization of water resources so it can save underground water.The impact on the underground environment is also relatively small.Therefore,the research of foam dust removal technology has very important practical significance.In this paper,foam dust removal technology is systematically studied from the development of foam dust removal device.First,the theoretical basis of foam dust removal is explored.The formation,migration and bursting mechanism of foam are described in foaming device.The basic properties such as viscosity and elasticity of foam are simply summarized.The mechanism of dust removal is analyze such as collection,collision,wetting,diffusion and adhesion of foam and dust.Second,according to selection principle,several suitable surfactants are selected.Through the study of influencing factors of foam height,surface tension and viscosity,single factor selection,two factors combination and comprehensive combination of the surfactants with different ion types are carried out.Finally,a foaming agent with good foaming property was formulated and the ratio of foaming liquid system is determined to be AES/BS-12/CDEA=3/3/.Third,according to the present situation of foaming device at home and abroad,a new type of foam curtain dust removal device is designed.Thirdly,according to the present situation of foaming device at home and abroad,a new type of foam curtain dust removal device is designed.According to the experiment on determining foam generation conditions in roadway,the wind speed,layer mesh number,corresponding foaming liquid flow rate and corresponding foaming liquid concentration are determined.Finally,the dust removal effect is verified by dust removal experiment,and its application effect is analyzed theoretically.The dust removal experiment shows that the dust removal efficiency of the foam curtain dedusting device differs a little in different working conditions in the laboratory conditions.The dust removal efficiency is fluctuated around 70%,and the dust removal efficiency is between 60% and 70%,reaching a high level.So the development of foam-curtain dedusting device provides new ideas and means for the prevention and control of coal dust.
