Compared with the traditional plastic molding technology,fused deposition modeling cost relatively short period of time and can finish more complex structure of the parts,due to the characteristics of additive manufacturing it also reduces the material waste.However,the current molding technology used by the higher cost of materials,fewer types,and the forming performance is not perfect.Therefore,the subject in this context combined with the characteristics of the subject,a new type of wood flour/PLA fused deposition molding composites were studied.The study found that concentric infill pattern specimen has the largest tensile,bending,impact strength,respectively 41.99MPa?84.26MPa?14.90kJ/m-2,and the least forming time and materials consumption at the same infill density,respectively 55.5Min?3091mm.The mechanical properties of rectilinear infill pattern specimen changed little with the change of the infill angle.With the increase of the infill density of the specimen,the tensile,bending,impact strength are significantly improved,but also accompanied by a significant increase in forming time and material consumption.The mechanical properties of FDM specimens were significantly decreased with the increase of wood flour content except flexural modulus.The addition of KH550 had a significant effect on the tensile strength of the WF/PLA specimen.The content of PHA in WF/PLA composite increased,the tensile strength and impact strength of FDM specimen increased obviously,the interlaminar bond strength was not changed obviously,and the flexural strength and flexural modulus decreased obviously.The addition of lubricant effectively improves the tensile strength and interlaminar bond strength of the specimen,but the effect on the bending strength and impact strength is small and the bending modulus of the specimen decreases.The study shows that the comprehensive mechanical properties of FDM specimen of PE wax group are the best,and the comprehensive mechanical strength of the combination group FDM specimen is not improved further.The mechanical strength of WF/PLA specimen was significantly higher than that of pure PLA specimen.The mechanical properties of WF/PLA specimen decreased with the increase of forming temperature except for interlaminar bond strength.The surface quality of the WF/PLA FDM specimen is better than that of the pure PLA FDM specimen at different forming temperatures.With the increase of the forming temperature,the deviation value and the increase of the deviation value of WF/PLA FDM specimen is significantly smaller than that of the pure PLA FDM specimen.With the forming temperature increase,the quality of the bridge structure of WF/PLA specimen is better than that of pure PLA specimen at 10mm and 30mm.When the distance is 50mm,the bridge quality of the two materials is poor.The increase of the forming speed can effectively improve the mechanical properties of the WF/PLA FDM specimen,but the mechanical properties of the test specimen begin to decrease when the forming speed is higher than 40mm/s.With the forming speed increase,the surface quality of the WF/PLA FDM specimen is better than that of the pure PLA specimen and the deviation value of the WF/PLA FDM specimen is significantly lower than that of the pure PLA FDM specimen.With the forming speed increase,the bridge forming quality of WF/PLA specimen is lower than that of pure PLA specimen,the bridge structure of 30mm and 50mm distance is poor when the forming-speed exceed 40mm/s,and the quality of the 10mm bridge structure declined either.
