With the continuous extension of oilfield development time and continuous deepening of oilfield development work,the casing damage occurred continuously.Aiming at the problem of casing damage,Shengli Oil Field Research Institute developed hydraulic casing repair technology.During the process of application,the device cannot repair the casing even by high pressure.In order to clarify the mechanical relationship of casing repair process,determine the casing repair force,provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the shaping process,it's necessary to carry out the research on mechanical analysis of casing repair and optimal design of the cone angle of the shaper.Through searching literature,the research status of casing deformation and casing shaping were summarized.The types of casing deformation were summarized.Finished the theoretical analysis of casing deformation.Through the ANSYS software,the deformation of casing by different pressure distribution and different parameters of formation,cement and casing were analyzed.Finished the theoretical analysis of casing shaping.Through the ANSYS software,the influence on casing shaping by different pressure and different parameters of casing and shaper were analyzed.Four kinds of shaper were compared to choosing the most optimum structure.The cone angle of Shaper was analyzed to confirm the optimum cone angle.The process of casing shaping and influence on casing shaping for work hardening were analyzed.Through the ANSYS software,the paper calculated the shaping force on shaping P110 and N80 casing pipe.The mechanical calculation software for casing shaping was written for guiding casing shaping process.Through the analysis,the formula of casing deformation was deduced by considering the influence of formation and cement.The formula of casing shaping force deduced.The optimal range of cone angle of the shaper is 15~25°.The working hardening of casing material increased the difficulty of shaping casing pipe,reduced the scope of casing shaping.Through the ANSYS software,the paper calculated the shaping force on shaping P110 and N80 casing pipe.The mechanical calculation software for casing shaping was finished.The analysis results can be used to guide the determination of the shaping force and shaping process.
