During the reform and opening up of rapid economic development more than 30 years,when people in the creation and enjoyment of modern civilization,suffered from high growth brought about by the destruction of resources,environmental pollution,ecological deterioration and a series of bitter fruit in Hancheng City,it was“due to mine and Xing” and “due to industry and Strong”Nowadays,the new concept of ecological civilization by Xi Jin-ping general secretary,"Green Mountain is Jinshan Yinshan",making people re-aware of the large consumption of resources to support economic development strategy has been difficult to sustain.Early predation of coal mining and quarrying has caused serious ecological and environmental problems.The geological and environmental problems of abandoned quarrying mines are mainly high-steep slopes and barren land landscape,and may cause landslides and collapses.A large numbers of abandoned slag of the disorderly stacking can not only occupy or destroy land resources,but also cause debris flow.Stone blasting mining,processing and crushing and sorting caused by dust pollution has caused serious regional environmental pollution problems.Therefore,at all levels of provinces and municipalities has shut down a large number of quarrying mines,in order to improve the regional ecological environment and improve the beautiful living environment comfort,but abandoned quarrying mines retained a large number of bare mining and accumulation of waste,these bare mining surface and waste slag difficult to rely on the short term to restore the natural ecology in 2013.Thence,in order to speed up the progress of the abandoned mine environment and to avoid the danger of geological disasters such as landslides and collapses.“promote the green development of Mining in Hancheng city and build the ecological barrier of Xishan”and carry out the waste mining in Xishan area of Hancheng,it is of great economic,environmental and social significance to study the restoration of ecological environment.Based on this,this paper relies on the “ ecological restoration and agricultural reconstruction project in the mining area of Hancheng City”.Taking the environmental treatment project of the typical waste quarrying mining in the west of the town of Longmen as an example,through the high and steep rock slope and large amount of waste slag of the engineering geological characteristics and environmental problems of a comprehensive analysis,on this basis,put forward the mining area slope and waste slag of environmental restoration and management program.Based on the geological data of Xishan Rock and Mineral Zone in Hancheng City,the geology environmental problems and harmfulness of quarrying and abandoned mine is analyzed by field investigation and engineering geology,geophysical prospecting,in situ test and rock site load test.On the basis of this,the author puts forward some measures to restore the slope on reducing load,the reinforcement of the slope foot,the reinforcement of the slope anchor and the slope of the vegetation sprayed on the high steep slope of the mine.For the large amount of waste slag,wall to block the waste residue,digging high and low finishing pit and planting pepper trees,build drains to ease the surface water and other preventive measures.These measures will fundamentally change the landscape of the abandoned mine,provide a successful example and reference significance for the restoration of the geological environment of other abandoned quarrying mines in the region.
