Under the action of environmental factors,the oil spills will be suffered complicated physical and chemical changes at sea.This change usually divided into three categories: diffusion,drift and weathering.It is an important process of oil spill weathering for the oil spill emulsification,which is also the key issue of this paper.In this paper,the marine emulsified oil as the research object,based on the mechanism of oil spill emulsification,simulation experiments of wave-flow tank oil spill emulsificated.Oil spill water absorption model was used to simulate oil spill emulsification and water absorption,and compared with physical experiments to verify its reliability.According to the relationship between the change of water content and viscosity of emulsified oil spill,the relationship between the degree of oil spill emulsification and the time of wave flow,the emulsification rate and emulsification degree of spilled oil under different wave current conditions were studied.The experimental results show that the change of oil spill property is mainly affected by the wave.The viscosity increase of W/O emulsified oil is positively correlated with the increase of water content.Under the condition of 32?,the water content of emulsified oil was 21.85% and the viscosity was 475.3cp after 0.5h of the 5m oil layer under the action of wave W1.The water content of emulsified oil was 43.21% and the viscosity was 1463.0cp after 1.5h.Four commercially available adsorbents were selected as the experimental materials.The oil absorption of the adsorbents was negatively correlated with the degree of emulsification.The adsorption rate of polypropylene fiber,animal feather fiber,nano-polypropylene fiber and hydrophobic melamine sponge on emulsified oil(the water content is 21.85%)adsorption content capacity of materials decreased by 46.39%,39.51%,19.88%,11.84%,respectively.The image of the material showed that there were many voids between the nano-polypropylene fiber materials and the inner pores of the hydrophobic melamine sponge were developed.Physical adsorption material mainly through the gap between materials,capillary adsorption of oil in the material inside.After the oil emulsion increased the molecular weight,by its impact on the amount of emulsified oil spill also decreased.Polypropylene felt,animal feather sucker,nano-polypropylene and hydrophobic melamine sponge contact angle of close to 0°,showed a strong oil absorption;and with a moisture content of 43.21% of the emulsion oil contact angle,35.5°,42.5°,30.5°,and 49°,respectively,the contact angle increased significantly,the wettability of the material on the emulsified oil becomes lower,the performance was significantly reduced adsorption.
