The petroleum is an indispensable energy source for people's lives. As the development of oil fields exploitation and industry, maritime oil transport gets increasingly busy and seabed pipeline has becoming so important that nothing can substitute. But the hazard of oil leaks from Shipwreck and corrosion holes in the seabed pipeline is accompanying in this process as well. Oil leakage does not waste the resource only, but also pollute the ocean environment. To weaken the effect of oil spills, it is necessary to found the method to forecast the behavior and fate of spilled oil, which can provide the right information for oil cleaning and callback in time.Over the past two decades, many oil spill models have been developed to predict the behavior and fate of spilled oil. Almost all of these models have been concerned with surface or near surface spills. The models about underwater oil spills are concerned with the lenity and they don't calculate the ocean condition. So these models are not fully applied to engineering practice. Address these deficiencies a new model about underwater is put forward in this paper. In this model the process of oil spill in the water can be simulated. In addition the model can predict every moment of underwater oil spill in the proliferation of the migration path, and precise calculation of the corresponding volume and the scope of pollution spills, making the results more accurate forecast. In this paper, with the help of the FUENT, by VOF(volume of faction) method, the Pressure-Implicit with Splitting of Operators (PISO) algorithms in pressure-based solver, and UDF(User-Define-Function), the model is build. And through the Tecplot software, the calculated results will be visualization.Based on the above model, the diffusion and drift process of oil spill under water is very good numerical simulated. In this paper, investigate the main factors that affect the behavior of underwater spilled oil. Besides the property of oil, the operation pressure and the wind current, tidal current and wave have decisive effects on the oil polluted area and its position. In the same water condition, the higher operation pressure is, between the original oil slick formed on the sea surface and oil leakage point is shorter, and carryover of oil on coastline is smaller. The tidal current is bigger, the cope of oil drifting underwater bigger, too. When the velocity of current is bigger enough, the oil spill will be floating on the seabed for a long distance, and it will be seriously damage to the marine benthos. Airy linear wave is chosen to represent the movement of ocean wave in this paper. Different intensity of wave affects the diffusion process of the oil spill under water, it is significant for laying of oil column to clean and call back oil. If there is a big wind, the layer of oil floating on or near the sea surface will drift more fast, and it is not conducive to oil cleaning and callback. At the same time the pollution range of oil in seawater is also accurately calculated in all these above conditions, and the disadvantage to entironment is also particular analyzed. The paper provides not only technical support for controlling and removing oil, but also the foundation for improving the model of spilled oil underwater.
